5.According to Percy, how is L.A. different from New York? More homeless people, more casinos.
6.Why doesn’t Riptide work on the kids who jump Percy in the alley? They are mortal.
7.What does Crusty do to his customers? Stretches or or chops them to the right length.
8.Why can’t Percy simply fight Crusty? Cause he is trying to trick him.
9.How does Percy trick the giant? He started talking about how one waterbed was wave proof and Percy said show me and then he sat down to show Percy.
10.How does Percy find the address for the Underworld? In Crusty's office his was mailing something.
