2.What news does Ares give Percy about his mom? She is not dead. She is a hostage of war.

3.Annabeth says Percy wasn’t smart to anger Ares. Was Percy right to talk back to him? Why or why not? No he should have not talked back. Three reasons he should never talked back to Ares, 1. It is disrespectful. 2. You should never talk back to an adult {personal experience} 3. You would not want a god as your enemy especially Ares.

5.Percy says that Annabeth should write her father a letter. What would you advise her to do?I would advice her to talk to him and try again after summer break is over.

6.Percy’s dream has three different parts – what does he see in each scene? The first scene was Percy taking a test in a straitjacket with the teacher saying he can do it and to just pick up the pencil and Thalia trying to get out of her straitjacket. The second scene was the cavern, the pit with the voice, and the spirits of the dead. Also in the second scene the voice was talking to one of his servents.

8.Percy, Grover and Annabeth are attracted to different types of games at the Lotus Casino. What does each one like, and what does this tell you about their personality? Percy liked the sports kind and the FBI one . Percy loves adrenaline. Grover likes the reverse hunting game Grover doesn't like humans. Annabeth likes the make your own city game. Annabeth seems to like to build.

9.When does Percy start to realize the casino is a trap? When he ask a person what year it is because he talked like he was from the 1970's and his response was 1979.
